腰椎穿刺术治疗原发性脑干出血患者破入脑室18例临床分析

摘　　要：探讨腰椎穿刺术对脑干出血破入脑室患者的治疗作用。方法　对 1 8例脑干出血破入脑室患者 ,除给予常见内科治疗外 ,并配合腰椎穿刺治疗。结果　经腰椎穿刺术治疗 ,痊愈 5例 ,好转 7例 ,死亡 6例 ,死亡率 33.3% ;神经功能缺损评分明显降低。结论　用腰椎穿刺术治疗脑干出血破入脑室 ,可以明显降低死亡率 ,缓解临床症状 。Objective To study the effection of the lumbar puncture treating patients with brain stem hemorrhage flooding into ventricular.Methods 18 patients with brain stem hemorrhage flooding into ventricular were given treatment of lumbar puncture,besides normal medical treatment.Results Among the patients, which were given the lumbar puncture treatment, 5 were recovered,7 abirritaled,6 dead.The rate of death was 33.3% and the evaluation mark of defect of nervous function had significant been reduced.Conclusion The lumbar puncture treatment of patients with brain stem hemorrhage flooding into ventricular can reduce the rate of death and remit the clinical symptoms.
