摘 要:植物叶片边缘的局部和整体形态是影响植物叶片功能的重要因素.笔者提出在三维空间上以B样条曲线拟合的方式,实现植物叶片轮廓的快速构建;同时,满足植物叶片的功能特征约束,反求B样条曲线的控制点,实现对植物叶片边缘形态的重构,以体现不同株系、不同生长时期的植物叶片的动态形态表达.实验表明,受功能特征约束的植物叶片三维构建方法是快速的、有效的,能够为生物学研究提供较好的支撑作用.The local and overall shape of the edge of plant leaves is one of the most important factors that can affect the function of plant leaves. A method to quickly construct a plant leaf outline which is based on a B - spline curve fitting in three - dimensional space is proposed in this paper; In the mean time, our method satisfies the constraint of the functional characteristics of the plant leaves, and seeks the B - spline curve control points in reverse in order to achieve the reconstruction of the shape of the edge of the plant leaves and the dynamic expression of the plants in different strains and different growth period. Experiment results show that the construction method we propose to meet the constraint of the functional characteristics of plant leaves in three - dimensional is not only fast but also effective, which is equipped to provide better support for biological research.
