摘　　要：我国乡镇企业发展正面临严峻挑战 ,发展外向型经济是乡镇企业摆脱困境的战略选择 .乡镇企业要走向国际市场 ,必须走深化改革、实施战略调整之路 ,提高企业素质 ,增强竞争力 .The development of village and township enterprises is facing severe challenges and difficulties and it shall be a strategic choice for them to enhance the outer style economy in order to get rid of their embarrassment. They are marching toward international market only by the way of guide——that is to say, deepening the reform, accomplishing the strategic adjustment to promote their own quality and develop their competitive ability.
