摘　　要：学生的综合实践能力以及创新精神体现了高校的综合实力。文章依据我校集成测控技术研究所关于专利技术实施模式的实践,分析并总结了我国高校在专利策略实施模式方面存在的问题,提出高校搭建师生专利研究合作平台,建立完善的专利管理制度以及鼓励机制,拓展校企合作范围,为学生提供专门的专利技术研究平台以及接触和了解前沿市场机会的战略构思。以此来加快我国高校培养创新型人才的发展步伐。The students’comprehensive ability and creative spirit reflect the college integrated strength.This paper analyzes and sums up the problems existing in the patent strategy implementation model in Chinese Universities,and proposes a cooperation platform of building the patent technology research between teachers and students in colleges.The establishment of a perfect patent management system and encouragement mechanism expand the cooperation scope of the universities and enterprises,and even provide students with a special platform of the patent technology research as well as get to contact and understand the strategic thinking of the frontier market,which will speed up the development of bringing up the innovative talents in colleges in China.
