摘　　要：电子阅览室工作人员的素质和能力是电子阅览室正常运行和发挥作用的关键。他们应具备多种专业技能,才能正确引导和帮助在校大学生高效合理地利用电子阅览室所提供的各种功能与服务。因此,本文首先总结了高校电子阅览室工作人员应具备的素质和能力。最后,提出了如何提高人员素质的途径和方法,期望进一步提高工作人员的素质和工作能力。Electronic reading room staff＇s quality and ability is the key to the normal operation of electronic reading room,who should have a variety of professional skills to correctly guide and help college students use the various functions and services provided by the electronic reading room efficiently. Therefore, this article first summarizes the qualities and abilities the electronic reading room staffs should have, and finally, put forward the ways and methods to improve the staff＇s quality.
