摘　　要：社会管理是一项专业性很强的工作,需要专门的人才,特别需要大量的受过专门训练的社会工作人才。通过对山东省社会管理人才队伍建设存在的问题进行分析研究,提出建立宏大的社会管理人才队伍的具体建议。积极探索和研究社会管理工作人才队伍建设的规律,以开阔的视野、开放的心态、开拓的精神,立足本省省情,在对比中深入探索规律,推动山东省社会管理工作和社会管理人才队伍建设工作的规范化开展。Social management is a highly professional career, which needs for specialized talents, especially social workers who are specially trained, Based on analysis of Shandong province social management talent team construction, this paper puts forward specific proposals to establish a significant social management personnel, explores and studies the construction of talent management of social work team actively. Combined with specific situation in Shandong province, it explores rules with an open view, an open mind and pioneering spirit, in order to promote our social management and social management talent team construction work standardization.
