摘　　要：当前网络已成为意识形态斗争、舆论思想交锋的前沿阵地。严峻的国内外形势要求我们必须以网络为平台巩固社会主义意识形态阵地,以网络为载体提升新时期党员教育管理效果,以网络为纽带搭建党群沟通联系的桥梁,把网络建设成为巩固社会主义意识形态和党执政地位的主战场之一。Nowadays, the network has become the forefront of ideological struggle, ideological confrontation of public o- pinion. The severe domestic and international situation demands us to take the network as the platform to consolidate the so- cialist ideology, to take the network as a carrier to promote the effect of Party members＇ education management, to take the network as a bridge to build the communication link between the Party and the people. The network has become one of the main battlefields to consolidate the socialist ideology and the ruling status of the Party.
