氩氦刀冷冻联合氟尿嘧啶粒子消融治疗肝恶性肿瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察氩氦刀冷冻联合氟尿嘧啶粒子消融治疗肝恶性肿瘤疗效。方法选择2010年至2012年6月我科78例肝恶性肿瘤患者,选择40例患者在CT引导下氩氦刀冷冻消融治疗+氟尿嘧啶粒子植入化疗作为研究组。另选择38例患者单纯采用CT引导下氩氦刀冷冻消融治疗作为对照组。观察术中冰球形成和冰球覆盖病灶率、术后病理变化和病灶缩小率。结果 3个月后CT影像学复查,与对照组比较,研究组冰球形成和冰球覆盖病灶率明显改善,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氩氦冷冻消融+氟尿嘧啶粒子植入化疗为中晚期肝恶性肿瘤提供了新的治疗途径。Objective To observe the effect of argon-helium knife jointing fluorouracil particle ablation to treat hepatic malignant tumor.Methods Choose 78 cases patients who were with hepatic malignant tumor and admitted to our department from 2010 to June 2012,among this,40 cases as the team were treated with argon-helium knife ablation treatment jointing fluorouracil implanted chemotherapy in the guidance of CT.Another 38 patients as control group were only treated with argon-helium knife ablation in the guidance of CT.Observing intraoperative hockey formation and ice hockey coverage rate of lesions,postoperative pathological changes and lesions reduced rate.Results After 3 months CT imaging review,compared with controls,the team hockey formation and ice hockey coverage rate of lesions markedly improved,with significant difference,there was statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion Argonhelium knife jointing fluorouracil particle ablation provides a new therapeutic approach to treat hepatic malignant tumor for middle-late.
