全直肠系膜切除术治疗直肠癌的临床分析

摘　　要：目的对使用全直肠系膜切除术治疗直肠癌的效果进行研究分析。方法对2009年2月至2011年2月来自我院使用直肠系膜切除术治疗直肠癌的40例患者的临床资料回顾性分析。结果 40例患者全部行直肠癌根治手术,38例患者行吻合器吻合,2例患者在手术后发生吻合口瘘。在手术后进行辅助化疗和放疗,在近期没有局部复发的患者。结论全直肠系膜切除术能够降低直肠癌手术后局部复发率,是提高患者生活治疗的有效措施。也是治疗直肠癌有效的手术方式。Objective The use of full mesorectal excision for rectal cancer effect study analysis.Method Retrospective analysis of clinical data： February 2009 to February 2011,40 patients from our hospital mesorectal excision for rectal cancer.Results All the 40 patients with rectal cancer radical surgery,38 patients underwent stapling and anastomotic leakage occurred in 2 patients after surgery.Adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy after surgery,patients with local recurrence in the near future.Conclusion Total mesorectal excision can reduce the rate of local recurrence after colorectal cancer surgery,and effective measures to improve the treatment of patients living.Also effective surgical treatment of rectal cancer.
