摘　　要：国内各高校音乐学硕士研究生培养方案的制定较为雷同,其培养方案已经不能适应现代研究生教育的发展,必须按照音乐学学科特点和社会需求制定培养目标,修订切合实际的音乐学硕士研究生培养方案。在调查研究基础上,提出了制定音乐学硕士研究生培养方案所遵循的原则、应处理的一些问题及教学实践创新等优化途径。The training program for domestic music MSc postgraduates has been unable to meet the development of graduate education in mod ern training objectives.Therefore,it must be developed in accordance with the characteristics and needs of the society.On the basis of the research,the development of musicology postgraduate training program follows the principle ways to optimize some of the issues that should be dealt with and teach ing practice innovation.
