摘　　要：不少肿瘤患者在最初被诊断时已发生隐性扩散。近年来随着肿瘤细胞标志物的发现及检查技术水平不断提高,在肿瘤发生明显转移前,骨髓特别是外周血中即可检出扩散的肿瘤细胞。泌尿生殖系肿瘤常为异质性,且易复发和转移,检测循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)对判断预后和更准确地应用靶标治疗有很重要的意义。本文通过复习近年来有关文献,介绍CTCs的检测方法及其临床应用前景,供同道们参考。The role of circulating tumor cells （CTCs） detection is significant in the diagnosis and prognosis of genitourinary cancer. The heterogenous nature of genitourinary cancer and its propensity for recurrence are particularly well suited for CTCs research, which can improve the efficacy of targeted treatment. We reviewed the literature on the detection and significance of circulating tumor ceils in genitourinary cancer.
