摘  要:目的研究人良恶性前列腺组织中S100P与AR的表达情况并探讨二者表达的关系及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测15例正常前列腺组织、30例前列腺增生症及30例前列腺癌中S100P与AR的表达情况,结合患者临床病理资料进行分析,并探讨二者的表达在前列腺癌发生发展过程中所起的作用及有无相关性。结果 S100P蛋白在正常前列腺组织及前列腺增生组织中的表达率(93.33%、90.00%)显著高于前列腺癌组(20.00%)(P<0.01);S100P蛋白在高、中、低分化前列腺癌组织中表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。AR在前列腺癌组织中阳性率(53.33%)显著高于前列腺增生症(16.67%)及正常对照组(13.33%)(P<0.01);高、中分化前列腺癌组AR阳性率较低分化组显著增高(P<0.05)。在前列腺癌组织中S100P和AR二者的表达无显著相关性(r=-0.325,P=0.080)。结论 S100P在前列腺癌组织中表达水平较良性组织中明显下调,而AR表达显著升高。S100P的表达与前列腺癌的分化程度无关,而随着癌组织分化水平变低AR的表达也显著降低。二者在前列腺组织中的表达未见显著相关性。前列腺发生癌变后S100P与AR分别会发生下调与升高,可能预示肿瘤更具增殖能力和侵袭性,联合检测二者有助于判断前列腺癌的发展趋势及评估预后。Objective To investigate the expressions of SLOOP protein and AR in human benign and malignant prostatic tissues, to analyze their correlation and evaluate their clinical significance. Methods The S100P and AR expressions in 15 normal prostate tissues, 30 benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) tissues and 30 prostate cancer (PCa) tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Then their correlation was investigated and their effects on the genesis and development of prostate cancer were explored. Results The positive rates of SLOOP protein in normal and BPH tissues (93.33%, 90. 00%) were strikingly higher than in the PCa tissues (20. 00%) (χ2= 38. 953, P〈0. 01). There was no notable difference between the expression rate of S100P protein in well, moderately and poorly differentiated PCa groups (P〉O. 05). The expression of AR in PCa tissues (53.33%) was significantly higher than in BPH (16.67%) and normal tissues (13.33%) (P〈0. 01). The positive expression rate of Ki-67 in well and moderately differentiated PCa group was obviously higher than the poorly differentiated group (P〈 0. 05). There was no significant relationship between the expressions of SLOOP and AR in the PCa tissues (r = -0. 325, P=0. 080). Conclusions The expression of slooP protein in PCa tissues was obviously lower than in the benign tissues. But AR positive rate strikingly increased in the malignant tissues. There was no significant correlation between the expression of SLOOP and the differentiation level. However, when the differentiation level became lower, the expression of AR reduced obviously. There was no significant correlation between the expressions of S100P and AR in the PCa tissues. When canceration of the prostate occurred, the expressions of S100P and AR became low and high respectively, which might indicate stronger proliferative and invasive capacity. It's helpful to detect the two indexes together to predict the progression and prognosis of prostate cancer.
