摘  要:目的:采用转染的细胞构建裸鼠移植瘤,研究ALDH1A2过表达对异种移植瘤的影响。方法:利用不同组别的LOVO细胞接种裸鼠构建移植瘤模型,观察成瘤时间、瘤体平均体积,平均瘤重,探讨ALDH1A2在体内对结肠癌的影响。结果:ALDH1A2组及ATRA组裸鼠成瘤时间较对照组有显著延长,瘤体体积较对照组显著减少,瘤重也较对照组显著减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:成功地建立了人结肠癌细胞裸鼠移植瘤模型,AL-DH1A2组裸鼠成瘤时间短,瘤重低,ALDH1A2过表达可抑制LOVO细胞的增殖。Objective: To construct the transfected cell tumor models in nude mice,and to study the effect of overexpression of ALDH1A2 on xenograft tumor.Methods: Transplantation tumor nude mouse models were established by LOVO cells injection.The effect of ALDH1A2 on tumor growth was assessed by observing the average time of tumor growth,tumor volume,and the average tumor weight in vivo.Results: The average time of tumor-formation was prolonged,and both tumor volume and tumor weight were significantly reduced in both ALDH1A2 group and ATRA group than that respectively in control group(P 0. 05).Conclusion: The transplanted tumor models of human colon cancer cells were successfully established in nude mice.The overexpression of ALDH1A2 could significant inhibit the proliferation of LOVO cells in vivo.
