摘　　要：社会资本是包括经济学和社会学在内的个体或团体之间的社会网络、互惠性规范和由此产生的信任,是个人、群体、社会、国家间紧密联系的关系和状态。社会资本在众多领域里扮演了十分重要的角色,具有社会生产力的特点,像人力、物质资本一样能为国家与社会提供帮助和支持。目前,虽然对社会资本的概念没有统一的定义,但社会资本的概念已经被各国社会资本理论研究者普遍认可,随着研究的深度和广度不断加大,该理论的研究无论在国家层面还是企业层面、个人层面都将得到很大发展,同时也为经济领域中企业社会资本的研究提供支持,从而提高企业的经营效能。Social capita 1 has attracted more attention from many fields of social science, such as sociology and economics; it refers to the resources used to promote cooperation among behavioral subjects or the capability that can promote behavioral individuals to make profit with the help of social network. Network, trust and standard are the core factors of social capital. The focus of sociology is to analyze the related propositions by using the concept of social capital; the focus of economic is the driving role social capital plays in economic development. The related research is developed from the level of individual to the level of nation. It laid the solid foundation for the analysis of the relation between social capital and enterprises development from the level of enterprises.
