摘　　要：中外合作办学是提高高校办学质量的有效途径。当前,内蒙古高校举办的中外合作办学项目远不能满足自治区经济快速发展对高素质人才的需求。由于地域、观念等原因而导致的合作办学项目数量少、申报成功率低、办学过程中出现的不规范现象等问题,应该通过更新办学观念、慎选合作院校、改进教学管理、加强质量保障等措施予以解决。The cooperative school running between China and other countries is an effective means to raise the school running quality of colleges and universities.At present,the cooperative school running projects in Inner Mongolia cannot satisfy the need for high quality talents which the rapid economic development requires.Due to regional and conceptual factors,the number of cooperative projects is few,the success rate of application is low,and non-standard operations exist in school running.Therefore,it is necessary to innovate the concept of school running,carefully choose cooperative schools,improve teaching management and strengthen quality guarantees,etc.
