摘　　要：从医疗伦理损害责任构成要件的视角出发,探讨医疗伦理损害纠纷常见成因及医疗伦理损害责任的法律适用,以防范和处理因医疗伦理损害引发的医疗争议。From the components of medical ethics damage liability point of view, the paper discussed the cause of the medical ethics damage dispute and the applicable law, in order to prevent and solve medical disputes cause by medical ethics damage.
