摘　　要：针对管理创新项目评价缺乏客观量表的实际,设计了评价量表。包括创新行为和创新绩效2项指标,共15个评价维度,有效满足了申报项目量化评价的实际需求。An evaluation scale was designed for the management innovation project of health systems management, including two indicates of innovational behavior and performance with 15 aspects, which met the actual needs of quantitative evaluation of projects.
