摘　　要：结合院校建设和人才培养需求,阐述了Web技术给实验教学改革带来的深远影响,根据计算机实验教学规律与特点,提出了一种采用J2EE架构的实践教学与评估系统的建设方案,实现上引入富客户端应用框架ExtJS,较大增强系统交互能力与用户体验。系统模块实现了实验排课、实验预约、设备管理、实验实施、实验评估等功能,为进一步改善实验开放质量、实验实施效果提供了必要的技术支持。The paper described the profound impact of Web technologies to experimental teaching reform, in terms of institution building and personnel training. According to the characteristics of college computer experiment teaching, it proposes a framework of J2EE practical teaching and evaluation system of the construction.The system realized by introducing Rich Internet Applications（RIA） of framework ExtJS, greatly enhanced the ability to interact and user experience.which can realize the experimental course, experiment booking, equipment management, experimental implementation, experimental evaluation function, in order to further improve the quality of open experiment, experimental effect and provides the necessary technical support.
