杭州市经济型酒店在城市中的空间分布研究

摘　　要：杭州以"东方休闲之都,品质生活之城"的城市形象闻名世界,旅游业的蓬勃发展是经济型酒店发展的强大后盾。该文通过调查统计杭州经济型酒店的各种数据,运用地理信息系统技术手段,总结杭州经济型酒店的空间分布特征,并从城市土地级别、交通条件、配套设施等方面分析空间分布特征的成因,从而对经济型酒店的空间选址和发展提出策略。Hangzhou is renowned as ＂Oriental Capital City of Leisure and of High Quality of Life＂, whose vigorous development of the tourism industry is backing strongly for the development of economical hotels. By surveying a variety of data about economical hotels in Hangzhou and using Geographic Information System, this article summarizes the spatial distribution characteristics of economical hotels in Hangzhou, analyzes the causation of the very spatial distribution characteristics from aspects of land-use classes, traffic conditions and supporting facilities, and makes some suggestions on strategies for the site selection and development of economical hotels in Hangzhou.
