摘 要:受电弓滑板与接触网导线之间的接触电阻特性直接影响弓网系统载流性能。本文通过浸铜碳滑板与铜锡接触导线的滑动电接触实验,研究了不同因素对接触电阻特性的影响。结果表明,受电弓滑板与接触网导线无载流静态接触时,接触电阻随着接触压力的增大而减小;无载流滑动接触且接触压力不变时,接触电阻随着滑动速度的增大而增大;强电流滑动接触且接触压力和滑动速度不变时,接触电阻随着接触电流的增大而减小。针对接触压力、滑动速度、接触电流对受电弓滑板与接触导线接触电阻特性的影响建立了接触电阻的计算模型,通过改进的高斯-牛顿迭代算法对模型的待定参数进行了求解并证明了模型的有效性。The characteristics of the contact resistance between pantograph slide and contact wire directly affect the current-carrying performance of the pantograph catenary’s system.Sliding electrical contact experiment with Cu impregnation carbon strips and Cu-Sn alloy contact wire was conducted and the relationships between different experimental conditions and contact resistance are researched.The following conclusions are obtained by analyzing the experimental results.Under zero contact current conditions,if pantograph slide and contact wire keeps in relative static state,contact resistance will decrease with the increase of contact pressure.And if the pantograph slide and contact wire keeps in relative sliding state with a constant contact pressure,contact resistance will increase with the increase of sliding speed.But under strong current sliding contact state conditions,contact resistance will decrease with the increase of contact current with a constant contact pressure and sliding speed.Then,a calculation model of the contact resistance is built by analyzing the influence of contact pressure,sliding speed and contact current on contact resistance.The model parameters are solved by the improved Gauss-Newton iterative algorithm and the validity of the calculation model is proved.
