摘 要:铁路货运机车检修布局是整个铁路运输生产力布局的重要组成部分,对提高检修效率、降低检修成本具有关键作用。从我国实际情况出发,在考虑各个候选点检修能力的前提下,以系统内检修点的改扩建费用和机车因检修作业产生的回送费用之和最小为优化目标,考虑了在检修点的覆盖距离内,以需求点和候选检修点的对应关系为约束建立了铁路货运机车检修布局优化的数学模型。最后,借助MATLAB商业软件进行算例分析,验证了模型的有效性。As an important part of the whole railway productivity distribution,the layout of rail freight locomotive maintenance plays a major role to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.Based on the actual situation in China and the consideration of each candidate node's maintenance capacity,this paper designs a layout optimization model taking the total cost of maintenance nodes' reconstruction and locomotive maintenance return as the minimum optimized goal,and considers the constraints of the correspondence between demand nodes and candidate nodes in distance that can be covered by the maintenance nodes.In the end,this paper also designs a case about it with solving the model by MATLAB mathematics software so as to check the effectiveness of the model.
