开放式创新模式下组织间知识共享影响因素的实证研究

摘　　要：以扎根理论研究成果为基础,对开放式创新模式下组织间知识共享的影响因素进行实证研究。研究结果表明,环境变量、共享渠道、知识资源需求和知识资源池等四个维度均对组织间知识共享具有一定程度的影响,而且影响因素之间存在交叉作用关系。这一结论提示企业在获取外源知识时,既要明确不同因素影响效应之间的系统性与联系性,也要注意组织间知识共享提升措施之间的动态协同。最后,提出了开放式创新模式下组织间知识共享的提升策略,以及进一步的研究方向。Based on the results of the grounded theory, this paper researches the influencing factors of inter-organizational knowledge sharing under open innovation model empirically. The results indicates that all the four dimensions including environmental variable, sharing channel, demand of knowledge resource and knowledge resource pool have effect on the inter-organizational knowledge sharing. In the meanwhile, the relationships of the influenc- ing factors are interactive and complicated. The conclusions prompt that the enterprise should distinguish the sys- temic and contact relationship between the influencing factors in the process of acquiring the outside knowledge Also it is necessary and essential to pay more attention to the dynamic synergy between different upgrading mea- sures of inter-organizational knowledge sharing performance. Finally, some promotion measures of inter-organization- al knowledge sharing are put forward, and the further research directions are indicated.
