摘  要:为了掌握桑蚕雌蛾的耐冷藏性和冷藏后的交配产卵效果,在5℃条件下对桑蚕两广二号、贵蚕一号雌蛾进行了不同时间冷藏后的交配产卵试验。结果表明:在温度5℃和相对湿度75%条件下冷藏,桑蚕雌蛾的耐冷藏性因品种不同有差异,含多化性血统的两广二号原蚕9.芙和7.湘较耐冷藏,冷藏72h以内交配能力仍然较强;产卵效果因品种和时间不同也有差异,在5℃条件下,两广二号9.芙原蚕雌蛾冷藏时间在24h以内最好,7.湘原蚕雌蛾冷藏时间在72h以内实用;贵蚕一号新杭原蚕雌蛾以不冷藏最好,826原蚕雌蛾冷藏时间在48h以内最好。The mating and oviposition test of Liangguang 2 and Guiean 1 female moths storaged at 5℃ for different time was conducted to study the effects of different cold storage time on cold tolerance and oviposition amount of female moths. The results showed that there were differences in cold tolerance and oviposition amount among different varieties and storage time under 5℃ and 75% relative humidity. 9 . Fu and 7 . Xiang, two original silkworms of Liangguang 2 with polyvoltinism blood relationship, were tolerant to cold storage and their mating ability still was good after 72 h cold storage. The optimal storage time of 9 . Fu and 7 . Xiang for their oviposition amount was whthin 24 h and 72 h respectively under 5℃. Xinhang, an original silkworm of Guican 1, should not be storaged under cold tempreture but the optimal storage time of 826, an original silkworm of Guican 1, should be within 48 h.
