莲必治注射液治疗恶性肿瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：探讨莲必治注射液治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法 :对 10 0例恶性肿瘤患者进行莲必治注射液临床治疗 ,并作系列免疫功能检测及生存质量的观察。结果 :莲必治注射液可以提高患者的免疫功能。其NkcA、TLcTR明显上升 ,SIL -2R明显下降 ,能显著改善患者临床症状 ,提高生活质量 ,可以明显减轻瘤负荷。与对照组相比 ,有显著性差异。结论 :莲必治除具有抗菌作用 ,在治疗肿瘤方面也确有疗效 ,可以作为肿瘤综合治疗的手段之一 ,在临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the antitumor effect of lianbizhi injection.Methods:Whereas lianbizhi injection was used to treat 100 patients with malignant tumor.The series of immune functions were examed and the life qualities were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the immune function of patients treated by lianbizhi was improved and levels of the patients'NkcA and TLcTR were significantly increased,the level of SIL-2R was significantly decreased,the clinical symptoms and life quality of the patients were improved and the tumor burdens were decreased.Conclusion:The results indicate that lianbizhi has therapetic effect on tumor and may be used as one of the method of comprehensive therapies in clinic.
