高校学习型党组织建设存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：基于高校特殊的社会作用和独特的育人环境,在建设学习型党组织中高校必须充分发挥思想传播和文化传承的作用,成为建设学习型党组织的积极探索者和带头实践者。当前,高校在积极构建学习型党组织的过程中,出现思想认识不到位、实践模式陈旧、缺乏创新和吸引力、实效性不强、学生党组织功能弱化等问题,只有通过创新学习形式,加强团队协作,深挖创新学习内涵,才能使高校在学习型党组织建设中,抓住核心,提升内在动力,切实增强建设的实效性。Based on the special role in society and the unique circumstance in education,colleges must play a full part in ideas spread and culture heritage,to become active explorers and leading practitioners in the process of building learning-type party.Currently,several issues emerged in the construction of learning-type party in colleges.Our mental cognitive does not reach the designated position,our practice model is outdated and we are deficient in innovation and attraction.Besides,we are in face of weak time-effectiveness and function weakening of student party organizations.Accordingly,only by innovating learning forms,strengthening teamwork and investigating into innovative learning thoroughly,can we seize the core,improve the internal power and strengthen the time-effectiveness in the construction of learning-type party.
