晚清地方县域办学体系中的统辖关系——从档案看晚清地方劝学所的内部设置

摘　　要：晚清县级教育行政管理机构是劝学所。自1905年8月由严修在直隶境内设立后,经清政府广泛推广,劝学所在各州县纷纷建立。作为近代县级教育机构的最初雏形,劝学所内部的统辖关系已经基本形成。文章以现存南充市档案馆的《清代南部县衙门档案》中关于劝学所内部统辖关系的史料为中心,辩证地考察了晚清地方劝学所的内部设置对近代县级教育机构内部管理逐渐形成的得与失。In the late Qing, the County education administrator is Learning Encouraging Institute, which was first set in the capital by Yan Xiu, popularized by the central government, and established in various prefectures and counties. The internal domination relationship in the Learning Encouraging Institute is generally formed as modern county education organization. Based on archives of a county, the internal administration of modern county education is analyzed.
