摘　　要：目的探讨不同管理模式对精神分裂症患者的影响。方法对入住开放式病房的精神分裂症患者和入住封闭式病房者各60例的临床资料进行分析。结果开放组患者首次发病者多,病程较短,与封闭组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组的治疗效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但开放组患者的住院时间明显短于封闭组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开放式病房对及早控制病情、改善预后具有积极意义,为精神分裂症患者获更好的远期疗效、回归社会奠定基础。Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of schizophrene in different management style sickrooms. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients in the opening ward （opening group） and 60 cases in the occlude ward （occlude group） were analyzed. Results In the opening group, the schizophrene who were taken bad first time were more than that in the occlude group. Their duration was shorter. There was a significant statistical difference（P〈0.01）. There was no signifi- cance in curative effect, but the days in hospital of the patients in opening group were less than the occlude ones. There was a significantly statistical difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The opening wards are aggressive meaning to control a condition and improve the prognosis. They lay foundation for the schizophrene to win the long-term curative effect and return to society.
