移动电站散热系统三维流动的数值模拟与优化

摘  要:应用PRO/E软件建立移动电站散热系统三维模型,运用Fluent对系统内冷却空气流场进行仿真研究.利用散热器、风扇试验数据建立了验证散热系统阻力特性、散热风扇压阻特性以及散热器传热特性等主要特性的模型.结果表明,原散热系统的设计方案存在空气回流等问题,文中对原散热系统的设计进行了优化,结果表明:优化后散热器散热量增大8 kW,散热系统冷却空气出口温度降低约3℃,设计方案能够达到预期的效果.A 3-D model of the cooling system of a movable power station was created in PRO/E,and the air flow in the system was simulated by using Fluent.With the help of the testing data from its radiator and fan,a model was established to verify the resistance characteristics of the system,the piezoresistance characteristics of the fan and the heat transfer characteristics of the radiator.The study showed that the original design of the system had some problems in air reflux.Redesign showed that the heat dissipating capacity of the optimized radiator increased by 8 kW and the outlet temperature of the system lowered nearly 3 degrees centigrade,achieving the desired results.
