摘　　要：运用文献资料法、调查法和数理统计等方法对南京市篮球后备人才现状进行了分析,了解了南京市后备人才培养的现状并提出相应的对策,旨在为篮球后备人才的培养提供参考。By using method of mathematical statistics,survey and statistics analysis, the author carried out an analysis of the reserve personnel situation of basketball training system. Find out the status of reserve personnel situation of basketball training system in Nan Jing and propose appropriate countermeasures,in order to provide a basis for the development of reserve personnel of basketball training.
