摘  要:目的 了解珠穆朗玛峰自然保护区内儿童膳食结构与摄氟量、氟斑牙的关系。方法 对保护区内定日县的 40 3名、聂拉木县的 116名藏族儿童采用询问 计算法进行了膳食结构及日总摄氟量的调查。氟化物及尿氟测定采用氟离子选择法。氟斑牙采用TSIF分级标准。结果 在定日县儿童日总摄氟量达到 8 0 39mg ,氟斑牙患病率达 75 93 % ,为重度氟中毒流行区。在聂拉木县 ,儿童日总摄氟量 2 797mg ,氟斑牙发病率 2 5 86 % ,属氟中毒轻度流行区。结论 藏族儿童氟中毒程度与砖茶制品摄入量密切相关。Objective To study the relationship between dietary pattern and dent al fluorosis among Tibetan children in natural protective areas of Mount Qomolan gma. Methods Environmental fluorine levels, dietary pattern and occu rrence of d ental fluorosis among children in Xieger town, Dingri County and Zhangmu town, N ielamu County, were studied. Results The total fluorine intake in children was 8 039 mg in Xieger town and the prevalence rate of dental fluorosis was 75 93%. T he total fluorine intake and morbidity of dental fluorosis are 2 797 mg and 25 8 6% respectively in Zhangmu town. Conclusion It suggested that fluorosis of chil dren is related to total fluoride intake.
