摘　　要：美国职业篮球联赛停摆事件的实质是劳资矛盾的激化,劳资合作的重新实现是双方博弈与妥协的结果。只有在规则与主体双重向度上进行均衡的制度设计,才能帮助博弈主体力量相当,最终在技术上和规则上促使"谈判妥协"之实现。The essence of the NBA Lockout event is intensification of contradictions between labor and capital,the restoration of labor-capital cooperation is a result of game and compromise.Only can design the balanced system in dual dimensions of the rules and subject help the equivalence of game subject and finally achieve the ＂compromise＂ in both technology and rule aspect.
