老年大肠癌患者外科治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年大肠癌患者的围手术期处理.方法回顾分析2006年5月至2011年5月收治的82例〉70岁老年大肠癌患者的临床资料.结果根治性切除74例（90.2%）,Hartmann手术3例、单纯造口5例.71例术前有≥1种的合并症及并存病（占86.6%）,其中以心肺疾病患者为多.结论老年大肠癌患者并发症多,需重视围手术期处理.选择适当的手术方式,是减少并发症、提高根治切除的有效方法.Objective The objective of this study is to sum up the experience of peri-operative management of senile patients with colorectal carcinoma. Methods The clinical data（2006-2011）of the 82 cases were retrospectively analized. Results Of the 82 cases,74 underwent radical resection（90.2%）,3 hartmann operation,5 simple leakage. Conclusion It is suggested that emphasized the peri-operative management,proper surgical procedure is the key point for reducing complications and enhancing radical surgeru of colorectal carcinoma in senile patients.
