摘  要:以湖北省竹山县城关镇为研究区域,借助GIS软件,在行政村尺度上建立农村居民点Voronoi图,科学判断分析了各行政村农村居民点用地现状。应用层次分析法和多层次模糊综合评价模型建立村尺度的农村居民点整理时序评价指标体系和评价模型。以行政村为单元将城关镇农村居民点整理的时序划分为Ⅰ级整理区、Ⅱ级整理区、Ⅲ级整理区和Ⅳ级整理区。研究结果较好地反映了研究区农村居民点用地现状,时序划分具有较高的合理性。该研究可以为山区农村居民点整理工作提供科学决策依据。基于村尺度的构想为农村居民点整理研究提供了新思路。Raised that research the current situation of rural residential land and its consolidation schedule in mountain area at village level is of great practical guiding significance. This paper took Chenggnan town Zhushan county Hubei Province as study area, with the help of GIS, established Voronoi map of rural residential land at village level, and made a scientific judgment on the rural residential land use status of each village. Applied Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Multi-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation model to establish evaluation index system and evaluation model. Taking each village as the evaluation unit, dividing Chengguan town rural residential land consolidation schedule into four grade: grade I consolidation area, grade II consolidation area, grade Iil consolidation area and grade IV consolidation area. The feedback demonstrated that the research result can reflect the rural residential land use status in research area greatly, and the schedule division had high rationality. This study can provide scientific basis for decision making of rural residential land consolidation work. The conceive that study at village level can also provide a new thinking for the research of rural residential land consolidation.
