摘  要:以朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)为供试害螨,采用玻片浸渍法,进行川芎油和冬青油的复配增效研究。结果表明:川芎油与冬青油以质量比(W∶W)为1∶1.5混用对朱砂叶螨具显著增效作用,LC50为622.93mg.L-1,共毒系数达616.94;通过溶剂、乳化剂等助剂筛选,确定了40%川芎油.冬青油环保型乳油的配方;质量检测表明以该配方配制的制剂符合商品农药的各项要求;田间药效试验表明,40%川芎油.冬青油环保型乳油对朱砂叶螨(T.cinnabarinus)和山楂叶螨(T.viennensis)均具有较好的防治效果,800mg.L-1处理药后7d防效均在90%以上,与对照药剂1.8%阿维菌素EC 9mg.L-1处理防效相当,值得在经济作物上推广。Based on acaricidal toxicity,the synergistic interaction between cnidium oil and holly oil against Tetranychus cinnabarinus was determined by slide dip method in laboratory.The results indicated that cnidium oil and holly oil in a ratio of 1∶1.5(W/W) had significant synergistic activity against T.cinnabarinus with the LC50 value of 622.93 mg·L^-1,and co-toxicity coefficient(CTC) of 616.94.By screening on solvent and emulsifier,the emulsifiable concentrate(EC) of 40% cnidium oil and holly oil was developed,which conformed to the demands of commercializing pesticide.The results of field efficacy showed that the control efficacy of the EC of 40% cnidium oil and holly oil on T.cinnabarinus and T.viennensis was over 90% after 7 d with the concentrate of 800 mg·L^-1,equivalent to control efficacy of 1.8% avermectin EC with the concentrate of 9 mg·L^-1.Therefore,the botanical pesticide developed by this research has a better applicable prospect.
