摘  要:建立了一种快速测定油辣椒制品中16种邻苯二甲酸酯的检测方法。样品用溶剂提取、冷冻离心后直接进样,通过气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)进行定性和定量分析。优化了萃取试剂、离心温度、定量离子等参数。该方法所测20~2000μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(各相关系数R在0.9990~0.9998之间)。在30~1000μg/L加标浓度范围内,平均回收率为78.1%~118.0%,相对标准偏差在2.1%~10.7%之间。该方法简便、快速,适合于大批量油辣椒样品的邻苯二甲酸酯日常检测工作。A method for fast detection of 16 kinds of phthalic acid ester compounds in oil pepper products was developed. Samples by solvent extraction, freeze centrifugation and gas chromatography- mass spectrometry (GC -MS ) was analyzed directly. The extraction reagent, centrifugal temperature, and quantitative ion were optimized. The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 20 - 2000 ug/L with the correlation coefficient between 0. 9990 and 0. 9998. The average recoveries ranged from 78.1% to 118.0% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) between 2. 1% and 10. 7% (n =6) at the spiking levels of 30 - 1000 ug/L. The method was simple, rapid and was suitable for the daily inspection work of phthalic acid ester compounds in large quantities of oil pepper products.
