摘 要:为了研究燃油润滑性对自主共轨系统的工作可靠性的影响,分析混合燃料(柴油掺混煤油)和纯煤油2种燃油的润滑性,并分别在自主共轨系统上进行可靠性试验,试验设置时间节点,并在每个节点检测共轨系统的工作性能,试验研究验证了自主共轨系统的可靠性能够适应国内各类普通柴油润滑性差异较大的特点,分析了柴油中掺入少量煤油对其润滑性的影响,检验了试验方法的合理性和有效性。To study the influence of fuel lubricating ability on common rail system endurance, the lubricating ability of two fuels ( blend of diesel and kerosene, pure kerosene) were tested, and the endurance experiment of common rail system was conducted using the fu- els. The test time was set and the performance of the common rail system was tested after the corresponding test time. The influence of the ratio of kerosene in the blends on fuel lubricating ability was studied and analyzed. The resuh shows that the endurance of common rail system can meet the requirement when using the test fuels. Moreover, the study result also proved that the test method is feasible.
