荆花胃康胶丸四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察荆花胃康胶丸四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡(PU)的疗效和根除幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)的效果。方法:将84例幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染阳性消化性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。治疗组用荆花胃康胶丸+奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林;对照组用奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林,抗生素均服用7 d,其余药物服用30 d。观察治疗后两组患者的疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为92.86%和78.57%,有显著性差异(P<0.05),幽门螺旋杆菌清除率分别为92.86%和76.19%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:荆花胃康胶丸四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效显著,无明显不良反应。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Jinghuaweikang capsule quadruple therapy for peptic ulcer （PU） and the effect of eradicating helicobacter pylori （Hp）. Methods： 84 patients of peptic ulcer with helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection - positive were randomly divided into two groups, each group was composed of 42 cases. The treatment group was treated with quadruple therapy with Jinghuaweikang （capsules~ ＋ omeprazole ＋ clarithromycin ＋~moxicillin; the control group was treated with triple therapy （ ome- prazole ＋ clarithromycin ＋ amoxicillin） . All the antibiotics＇were administered for 7 days, and the others for 30 days. The curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups were observed after the treatment. Results： The ulcer healing rates of the treatment group and the control group were 92.86% and 78.57%, which has significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, the helicobacter pylori eradication rates were 92.86% and 76.19%, which has significant difference （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusions： The efficacy of Jinghuaweikang capsule quad- ruple therapy for the treatment of peptic ulcer is significant, and there is no obvious adverse reactions.
