摘　　要：我院是一家综合性三甲医院,具有多个学科住院医师培训基地的资格。住院医师数量多、学历较高。科教部作为住院医师规范化培训管理的主要部门,协调医院各部门。依据住院医师特点制定个性化的培训方案,顺畅的培训流程,严格的考核,信息化的手段以及在实践中不断发现并解决问题,保证培训顺利开展和培训质量。Our hospital is a comprehensive hospital with the qualification of residency training base in multiple disciplines. There are many residents with a higher degree working in our hospital. Science and education departments are the main sectors of the standardized training of resident hospital in resident standardized training, such as perfect training system, personalized arrangements, smooth train- ing process, strict examination, information technology means to ensure the implementation of training and training quality. In prac- tice, problems have constantly been identified and solved, thus making effective management and improving efficiency.
