摘　　要：基于中国高等教育国情,结合中山医学院实际情况,对师资队伍、资源管理、学术交流、人才培养及科学研究的国际化建设不断进行研究探索与实践创新,以期走出一条符合中国高等教育国情和学院院情的国际化发展道路。Based on China higher education situation and combined with the actual condition of Zhongshan School of Medicine, this pa- per explores and practices the international construction of teachers＇ group, resource management, academic exchanges, talent cultiva- tion and scientific research to explore a new international development road, which suits the national situations and school conditions.
