摘　　要：生物技术大实验是生物技术专业的一门重要的专业课程,针对目前该门课程的开设时间长、办学成本高、无统一评判标准的状况,开展了以必做模块和选作模块相结合的"两步法"的实验教学模式,将实验项目与教师科研课题相结合"、与"大学生的创新实验"相结合的研究型和创新型实验教学体系,并对适合创新型人才培养模式的考核方式进行了尝试。Biotechnology experiment is an important professional courses of bio-technology professional. In connection with the long time, high cost, no uniform criteria, module teaching of the two-step experimental teaching model has been carried out. They are com- pulsory model and optional model in combination of research and innovative experimental teaching system of teachers＇ research projects with the students＂ innovative experiment. It is an attempt for comprehensive evaluation for cultivation of research-oriented and innova- tion-oriented talents.
