摘  要:目的:充分发挥校园及医院网络优势,建立基于数字化文书的临床教学与管理系统并在我科应用于实践,切实提高临床医学生的实习质量。方法:以我科为试点、局域网为基础建立实习生、带教老师、教学管理方的临床教学管理平台。通过OSCE考核客观评价临床实习生实习效果。结果:该系统的应用显著提高了临床实习的质量。新系统下的30名实习生在胸腔、腹腔穿刺(P<0.01)、内科面试(一)(P<0.01)、内科面试(二)(P<0.01)、CT及MRI判读(P<0.01)、B超及ECG结果判读(P<0.05)这5项操作中得分显著高于未进入我科实习的42名学生。结论:数字化、网络化的临床教学与管理模式值得深入研究,普遍推广。Abstract : Objective : In order to improve medical students' clinical practice quality, the authors have constructed the clinical teaching and supervision system and put it into use by taking advantages of the campus and hospitals' network. Methods: Center of oncology was used as the pilot department and local area network as basis. The system, which needs the participation of medical students, clini- cal teacher and teaching administrators, was established. OSCE was used to evaluate students' practice quality. Results: The system' s application improves practice quality markedly. The mean marks in OSCE of thoracic and abdominal punctures (P 〈 0. 01 ), internal medical interview [ ( P 〈0. 01 ) and 11 ( P 〈 0.01 ), CT and MRI ( P 〈 0.01 ), B ultrasonic and ECG ( P 〈 0. 01 ) are significantly higher than those students who haven' t done practice under this new system. Conclusion : This new system is worthy of further studying and wide spreading.
