摘  要:医学教育因其专业性较强,缺少能够开展双语教学的医学教师是制约医学双语教学的瓶颈问题。将微格教学应用于青年医学双语教师的培训,不仅有利于教学技能的训练,也为医学教育改革提供了新的思路。Since Ministry of Education came up with the view of reinforcing the reform of colleges and universities, the colleges and u- niversities throughout the country have begun to be involved in theoretical and practical researches related to bilingual teaching. Due to the high professionalism of medical education, the shortage of medical teachers for bilingual teaching is the bottleneck restricting the development of bilingual teaching of medicine. Application of microteaching in training young bilingual teachers in medical colleges is not only advantaged for training of teaching skills, but also offers new thoughts to reform of medical education.
