摘　　要：总结了利用放线杆菌生产琥珀酸时,提高琥珀酸产量的主要途径,并介绍了琥珀酸的回收方法。Succinic acid is an important chemical precursorl for food,chemical and pharmaceutical industry, and can be produced through biological process. Actinobacillus succinogenes is an important succinic acid pro- duction strain. This paper summarizes the major ways of increasing succinic acid production,and briefly intro- duces the recovery methods.
