摘　　要：MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一种内源性小分子非编码RNA,在各类生物体中扮演着重要角色。越来越多的研究证实,miRNAs与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,可作为一类的癌基因或者抑癌基因调控肿瘤的发生发展。对miRNAs的更进一步研究,将会对胃肠道肿瘤中的发病机制、诊断、治疗方面带来突破,具有广阔的应用前景。MicroRNAs （miRNAs） are a kind of small endogenous non-coding RNA which play an important role in all the organisms. Growing evidences indicated that miRNAs may act as oncogenes or tumor suppressors to involve in the development and progression of tumor. Further study on the identification and mechanisms of miRNAs will bring a great breakthrough in the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal tumors. There will be good prospects in the clinical application.
