小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术

摘　　要：目的　探讨小切口非超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法　右上象限直切口 ,进前房后 ,连续环形撕囊 ,水分离核后 ,用晶状体圈匙摘出晶状体核 ,囊袋内植入人工晶状体。结果　术后 1周视力≥ 0 5者 72眼 (72 4% ) ,术后 1月视力≥ 0 5者 84眼 (85 9% )。角膜散光度 0 87± 0 75D ,与大切口组平均 1 78± 1 11D相比有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　小切口非超声乳化术操作简便 ,不需昂贵设备 ,手术效果满意 。Objective To investigate the clinic effects of non phacoemulsification small incision cataract surgery and IOL implantation. Methods Straight incision had been made into anterior chamber in rightosuperior quadrant before continuous circular capsularhexis and hydrodissection were performed,then the lens nucleus was extracted using lens ring and the IOL was implanted in the bag.Results By the lth post operative day,the vision of 72 eyes (72.4%) was≥0 5,By the one month post operative day,the vision of 84 eyes (85.9%) was≥0 5,the mean astigmatism was 0.87 D,compared with the large incision group (1.78 D), P <0 05.Conclusion The technique of non phacoemulsification small incision IOL implantation was valuable to be applied extensively due to simple operation method,cheap equipment and good visual result.
