摘 要:结合某新型商务车副车架的开发要求,利用非线性软件对其常用工况进行强度分析.根据各工况的应力分布情况,找出应力集中的位置并分析其产生的原因,通过优化软件对5个应力较大工况进行灵敏度优化设计,根据优化后的尺寸再次进行强度分析.分析结果显示,副车架在满足应力要求下,总质量减小15.72%.同时利用MSC Fatigue软件进行全寿命分析,并与试验对比,优化后的副车架满足性能要求.According to the research and development requirements of a new vehicle, the stress is analyzed for the business car in the initial development under common working conditions by the implicit nonlinear software. According to the analysis of ten common conditions of stress, the causes are analyzed. The sensitivity optimization design for the five higher stress conditions is done by the optimization software. According to the optimized section size, the subframe of the business car is analyzed again. The analysis results show that the total mass is reduced 15.72% in the premise request of stress. The S-N life is analyzed by MSC Fatigue. Compared with the experiment results, the optimized subframe performance is better than before.
