摘  要:在某航天器装配平台中,需要设计一个翻转机构实现部件与总体结构的对接工作,其中,外舱板翻转机构的驱动系统设计是重要内容之一.从外舱板翻转系统中外舱板翻转机构驱动力的设计出发,通过对特定负载的分析和理论分析,得到驱动力的大小以及驱动系统安装的最优位置.采用Adams的优化分析功能,以驱动系统安装位置为设计变量,以外舱板翻转机构在翻转过程中所需的最大驱动力中的最小值为目标函数,进行驱动系统的最优化仿真分析.应用Adams对优化设计结果进行仿真分析验证,得到最优结果.It is necessary to design a flip mechanism system to implement the docking among the components and overall structure in a spacecraft assembly platform. The driving system design on outer cabin board flip mechanism is one of the most important parts. Dealing from the driving force design of the outer cabin board flip system, the size and the optimal installation position of the driving force and driving system are obtained by the analysis on specific load and theoretical analysis. The optimization analysis function of Adams is used to make an optimization simulation analysis on the driving system, in which the installation position of driving system is taken as a design variable and the minimum of the biggest driving force in the rotating process of outer cabin board flip mechanism is taken as objective function. The correct optimal results are obtained by simulation, analysis and verification in Adams.
