摘　　要：目的 :研究国产妥舒沙星在健康志愿者中的体内过程。方法 :8名受试者随机交叉空腹口服国产和进口妥舒沙星片剂30 0 mg,以 HPL C法测定血、尿药物浓度。结果 :受试者单次空腹口服妥舒沙星片后体内过程均符合一室模型 ,平均 cmax分别为0 .6 2 6和 0 .6 2 7m g/ L ,tmax分别为 1.12和 1.30 h,t1 /2 ke分别为 4.42和 4.37h,AUC分别为 4.47和 4.6 5 h· m g/ L ,原药 2 4h尿累积排出率分别为 2 2 .18%和 2 2 .34 %。结论 :受试者单剂空腹口服国产妥舒沙星片剂后体内过程和进口品相仿。AIM: To study the pharmacokinetics of domestic tosufloxacin. METHODS: Both domestic and imported tosufloxacin tablets were given orally at a single dose of 300 mg to 8 healthy volunteers in a randomized crossover way. The drug concentrations in serum and urine were assayed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. RESULTS: The serum concentration time curves of tosufloxacin were fitted into one compartment model. The mean c max of domestic and imported tosufloxacin were 0 626 and 0 627 mg/L, t max being 1 12 and 1 30 h, t 1/2ke being 4 42 and 4 37 h, AUC being 4 47 and 4 65 h·mg/L and the cumulative urinary excretion rate within 24 h being 22 18% and 22 34% respectively. CONCLUSION: The pharmacokinetics of domestic and imported tosulfloxacin is similar.
