摘  要:目的:测定复方氯霉素洗剂及氯霉素地塞米松磷酸钠滴耳液中二组份的含量。方法:采用新Vierordt法不经分离直接测定复方氯霉素洗剂及氯霉素地塞米松磷酸钠滴耳液中氯霉素、水杨酸及地塞米松磷酸钠、氯霉素的含量。结果:以278,302 nm分别为复方氯霉素洗剂中两组分的测定波长,以无水乙醇为空白,氯霉素和水杨酸的平均回收率及RSD分别为100.32%,0.16%和99.95%,0.23%;以242,278 nm为氯霉素地塞米松磷酸钠滴耳液中两组份的测定波长,以蒸馏水为空白,地塞米松磷酸钠和氯霉素的平均回收率及RSD分别为99.86%,1.39%和100.28%,0.13%。结论:本法操作简便快速,重现性好,可消除各处方中二组份的相互干扰,结果满意。OBJECTIVE:To establish a New Vierordt method of the assay of individual medicaments in the compound chloramphenicol lotio and the chloramphenicol and dexamethasome sodium phosphate ear drops.METHODS:The New Vierordt method without separation. RESULTS:The detection wavelengh of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in the compound chloramphenicol lotio were at 278 nm,302 nm respectively. The average recoveries were 100.32%,99.95%,with RSD 0.16%,0.23 % respectively.The detection wavelengh of dexamethasome sodum phosphate and ch loramphenicol in the chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate ear drops were at 242,278 nm respectively.The average recoveries were 99.86%,100.28%,with RSD 1.39%,0.13% respectively.CONCLUSIONS:The New Vierordt method can be used as quality control of the two compound formulations because of its convenience,accuracy and good reproduction.
