摘　　要：刑事诉讼法的再修改,优化了检察权的配置,吸收了检察改革的成果,解决了检察实践中迫切需要解决的问题。新刑诉法以加强法律监督为指导思想,改革和完善了检察机关的侦查权、公诉权和诉讼监督权,对强化检察职能提出了新的要求。为了确保新刑诉法实施时检察职能的顺利实现,检察机关应积极做好观念更新、条文理解、职能调整、组织保障等准备。The modification of criminal procedural law has close relationship with procuratiorial function.It optimizes the allocation of prosecutorial power,absorbs the achievement of the procuratorial reform and solves the urgent problem in the practice.The new Criminal Procedural Law reforms and perfects the power of investigation,the right of public prosecution and the right of procedural supervision,and raises new requirements to strengthen the procuratorial function.In order to ensure that the procuratorial function practices smoothly,the procuratorate should make preparation actively for concept,provisions,function and organization.
